Chiefs' Thompson in Stable Condition After Seizure, Cardiac Arrest

Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman BJ Thompson is in stable condition after suffering a seizure and going into cardiac arrest during a team meeting Thursday, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
The 25-year-old was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance from the Chiefs' practice facility after the incident. Thompson is the Chiefs' 2023 fifth-round pick out of Stephen F. Austin and appeared in one game in his rookie season. The Chiefs canceled team activities Thursday following the incident.
